Why host your own Assetto Corsa server?
Assetto Corsa is still the sim racers' sandbox: thousands of community cars and tracks, Custom Shaders Patch, and leagues that have run for years. A server of your own hosts your league nights, practice sessions and open lobbies with the car list, track, weather, tyres and penalties you decide, around the clock.
Our Assetto Corsa hosting runs the official dedicated server on AMD Ryzen CPUs with NVMe storage, behind VibeSHIELD DDoS protection. You get full file access for custom content, SFTP, a console and a file manager, and the server is online within minutes of ordering.
Which Assetto Corsa plan do you need?
The AC server itself is light; the number of cars on track and the plugins you run set the size:
Practice and friends: Assetto I
1 GB for practice sessions, time trials and small lobbies of up to 12 cars, with 100 GB for custom content.
Leagues: Assetto II
2 GB for league races and public lobbies of 16 to 32 cars with Real Penalty or Stracker running alongside.
Big grids and multiple servers: Assetto III
4 GB and two threads for 32 car grids and up, heavy track mods and several plugins. Upgrading keeps your content.
Custom content, Content Manager and the usual plugins
Everything that runs on a normal AC dedicated server runs here.
Custom cars and tracks
Upload community cars and tracks over SFTP into the content folders and reference them in the entry list and server config, exactly as the official server expects. 100 GB and up of storage for mods.
Content Manager setups
Build your server config in Content Manager on your PC, including CSP extra options and weather, upload the generated files and restart. Players with CM join with one click.
Plugins
Real Penalty, KissMyRank, Stracker and Ptracker, Minorating and AC Server Manager plugins run alongside the server on their own ports.
Assetto Corsa server locations worldwide
Low ping is half the fun. Our Assetto Corsa servers run in 15 datacenters across Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Oceania and Africa, every one on the same AMD Ryzen hardware with NVMe storage and behind VibeSHIELD, our own DDoS protection network with 17 Tb/s of mitigation capacity. You pick the location at checkout, and the latency checker below shows your real ping to each one before you order.
Outgrown your first choice? Our team moves your server to another location on request, with your files intact, so the location you start in is never a lock-in.
Your first steps after ordering
The server is delivered installed with the default content. Getting your lobby live takes a few steps:
- 1Upload custom cars and tracks over SFTP
- 2Set the track, car list and sessions in server_cfg.ini and entry_list.ini
- 3Set a server name, password and admin password
- 4Restart from the panel and find the server in Content Manager
Switching from another Assetto Corsa host?
An AC server is its cfg folder and the content folders: upload them over SFTP with the same structure, copy the configs of the plugins you run, restart, and the server is back with the same car list, track and sessions.
- 1
Download your cfg folder and custom content from the old host
- 2
Upload them over SFTP, keeping the same folder structure
- 3
Move your plugin configs and restart

Why choose VibeGAMES
DDoS protection
VibeSHIELD, our globally anycasted DDoS-protected network, now spans 46 scrubbing locations worldwide. Every point of presence filters traffic the instant it lands, stopping attacks as close to the source as possible, long before they ever reach your server.
All 46 locations combine into one unified DDoS-protected fabric, so the full capacity of the entire network backs every individual server. Layer that on top of custom game-aware filtering, tuned for the protocols our customers actually use, and it doesn't matter how big the attack is or how long it lasts. Your players stay connected.
